- What do I do if my flight lands earlier or is delayed?

We check the incoming flights progress and the new expected time, so as to be at the airport on time.
- If I need a transfer during my stay, prices are the same?

Quoted prices are per vehicle and only for airport transfers. For any other transfers you may wish to have during your stay, prices are different.
- How to cancel or amend my booking?

Via email you can change any details you want and also cancel your booking. Please note that a full refund is possible for cancellations 7 days prior the arrival.
- Can I book a last minute transfer?

Last minute transfers are not accepted. We only confirm bookings made 3 days prior to the arrival date on the island.
What do I do if I do not find the taxi driver at the pick- up point?
Please contact us at the mobile number that has been sent to you with the confirmation email. - How can I arrange my departure transfer?

Regarding your departure time from the accommodation you will arrange your transfer with us directly upon arrival. It is suggested to be at the airport 2 hours before the departure flight time.
- How to ask for a special request?

For any special request please inform us via email we will try to assist you but we cannot guarantee.
- How many persons and luggage can the taxi curry?

Our taxi is an air-conditioned Mercedes C Class (Avantgard), four door, designed to carry up to 4 persons and the driver. It has a large boot space for up to 6 luggage.
- Are child seats provided?

We do not provide child seats
- What do I do if I need an extra taxi?

When we receive your email we check the number of the passengers and accordingly we arrange the taxis you will need. Please note that the extra taxi will be a Mercedes but not the same model as we have.
- Luggage

There is no extra cost for extra luggage. We help you carrying you luggage but we are not responsible for any damage when you are carrying or lifting a heavy luggage (more than 25 kg) into the car.
- Compensation

We will not pay compensation if we are forced to cancel or change the transfer service due to unforeseeable circumstances such as accidents or weather conditions which can cause a delay.
